Your Source for IP Attorneys and Information

Protecting your invention with a patent can provide an incredibly competitive advantage and can be the most valuable asset of your company.  A patent gives you the right to exclude others from making, using, selling or offering to sell a product or process that infringes your patent.  Our IP attorneys will guide you through the patent process and help you acquire and maximize patent rights in your inventions.

The names, designs and expressions you use to identify your goods or services create trademarks that distinguish your products or business from others.  Trademark registrations give notice to others of your trademark rights and provide you with important rights to prevent others from using confusingly similar marks.  Our IP attorneys will help you protect and defend your marks..

As the creator of an original work of art, script, music, photographs, video or other creative works you have exclusive rights to use and distribute your copyrighted works.  While such copyrights automatically vest with the author upon creation, enforcement of your copyrights requires registration.  Our IP attorneys will help you obtain and enforce your valuable copyrights.

While securing and providing notice of your IP rights can be a powerful deterrent, it is sometimes necessary to enforce your IP rights against infringers.  Whether you need to enforce a patent, trademark or copyright, we will aggressively enforce your IP rights to the maximum extent under the law.  In addition, if you are ever accused of infringement, our experienced IP litigation team can defend you.
